| MPBDP & RCC Workforce Development 02/19/2009 - On Monday, March 9, the Middle Peninsula Business Development Partnership and RCC Workforce Development are pleased to present “Customer-Oriented Selling.” The class begins at 6 p.m. at RCC’s Glenns Campus and is ideal for existing small businesses, especially those with employees. You may want to consider bringing your key employees with you for this class!
Topics for the evening will include a discussion of basic quality concepts, using data to make decisions, team work, and identifying external and internal customers. The evening will also include time to work on interactive skills within the classroom. The session will close with “212 Degrees.”
